These Terms of Sale govern the selection, ordering, payment, delivery and collection of products from the ENERAZ LLC online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that these terms have been read and accepted. Mandatory provisions of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan prevail in case of any inconsistency with this text.
Seller: ENERAZ LLC. The current address, telephone number, e-mail and business hours are published in the Contact section of the website. Enquiries concerning orders, products, contracts and payment details are accepted through those channels.
The main characteristics, available variants, stock status and selling price are displayed on the relevant product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in AZN and include VAT. If an obvious technical error, incorrect price or stock discrepancy is identified, the Seller informs the Customer before confirming the order.
An order may be placed only by a registered customer who is signed in. The Customer supplies the information required for the person type selected in their profile, chooses the delivery and payment methods, completes the required fields and accepts these terms. An order number is generated when the order is recorded. The order is accepted for fulfilment after stock and order details are verified.
The payment methods currently enabled on the website may be used. Payment by bank transfer is available only to customers who have a valid contract with the Seller. A legal entity or individual without such a contract must contact the Seller to provide its details and conclude a contract. Once an order is recorded, an invoice in PDF format is sent to the Customer's e-mail address and can also be downloaded from the personal account.
Delivery is available only to cities and districts shown as active during checkout. The delivery fee is calculated according to the selected city/district and shown separately in the total. Where a minimum delivery order applies, it is displayed at checkout and the order cannot be confirmed until that minimum is reached. For store pickup, the product is collected from the address specified by the Seller. Quantity, visible condition and completeness should be checked at handover.
Cancellation, exchange and return requests are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan on consumer protection and electronic commerce, other applicable regulations and the nature of the product. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Customer should contact the Seller with the order number, product details and, where possible, photo or video evidence. Statutory restrictions apply to products whose exchange or return is limited by law.
Where a warranty applies, its duration is stated on the product page or accompanying document. Use contrary to instructions, mechanical damage, unauthorised intervention and other circumstances attributable to the Customer are taken into account when assessing warranty claims. The Seller does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal data supplied during checkout is processed under the Privacy Policy for order fulfilment, delivery, payment, invoicing and customer service. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.
Questions or complaints about an order may be submitted through the channels shown in the Contact section. The Seller may update these terms to reflect changes in law or service processes. A revised text applies to orders placed after its publication on the website.
